Plan 1 Harbor Resort Precinct
Geographical Location: Located north of the Aquicultural Production Center connecting to the Si-Tsao Bridge.
Investment Content: Businesses and investments permitted in this area include: shopping malls, store arcades, tourist hotels, restaurants, food and drink centers.
Surrounding Facilities
- It is close to Si-Tsao Bridge, the main route to the Industrial Park, Si-Tsao Protected Wildlife Area and the Gold Coast.
- It is close to Lin Mu Lian Park, Anpin Ye Ming Chu night market, Yi-Zai castle, Harbor Park, Footpath Course around the Harbor, Aquicultural Production Center, Anping Tourist Fish Market, and the future Asia Pacific Museum to be established etc.

Geographical Location: Yu Guang Island in the Anping District of Tainan City.
Investment Content: Businesses and investments permitted in this area include: Ocean bathing pools and water recreation shopping center, shopping avenues, restaurants, amusement areas, theme parks, tourist hotels, wood cabin resorts, yacht pier.
Surrounding Facilities
- It is close to Si-Tsao Bridge, the main route to the Industrial Park, Si-Tsao Protected Wildlife Area and Anping Harbor.
- It is close to Aquicultural Production Center and Anping Harbor Tourist Fish Market.
- Full-scale man-made beach-building project on Yu Guang Island, to increase up to 20 hectares of man-made beach areas and become the Gold Ocean Bathing Pool.
- After expansion Anping Commercial Harbor will become a trading port after air travel between China and Taiwan is established.

Geographical Location: Alongside the Anping Fishing Port coast, the Anyi Bridge borders to the East, with a Fishing Port Petrol Station bordering on the West.
Investment Content: Management and investments permitted in this area include: recreational water activities, shopping centers, shopping avenues, restaurants, food and drink businesses, and yacht pier.

- It is close to Lin Mo Niang Park, Anping Ye Ming Chu Tourist Night Market, Yi-Zai-Jin-Cheng [Golden Castle of Million Years], Harbor Park, and the future Asia Pacific Contemporary Art Museum to be established.

Plan 5 Investment Plan for the Ground, Water and Public Transportation for the Entire Area
Geographical Location and Scope of Planning: Includes the planning scope outlined for the Anping Harbor National Historic and Scenic Area.
1.Tender Parties: Related business establishments that comply with motorway and vessel related laws and regulations.
2.Items to be entrusted for Management:
- Build and operate public mini-bus network on land.
- Build and operate small scale water shuttles or large scale ferry vessel and waterway system for the city-harbor water highways.
- Build and operate land-water transport interchange terminals and multi-purpose centers.
